I took several sculpture classes with Robin a few years ago and was ready to sign-up again when I found she was no longer at Lillstreet. I thought Lillstreets mission was to support ART?? Robin is a great instructor and you were lucky to have her. When you do come to your senses make sure you include a cash bonus for YOUR oversight.

It is now almost time for fall classes and I hope that Robin will be teaching at Lill Street.

This will be a massive loss for the figure/sculpture students, but I'm sure they will follow Robin wherever she lands... Lill Street is making a huge mistake.

Robin was my figure sculpting teacher starting about 5 years ago. I learned a tremendous amount from her & we are friends!! She is incredible & always pushed us to challenge ourselves!

This decision on behalf of Lill Street doesn't not represent the place we have all come to love- often BECAUSE of Robin. This is truly your loss and so easily corrected.

Please allow Robin to teach her class - many people are upset about this.

Can't imagine Lill Street will be the same without Robin. Her talent as an artist and her fierce dedication to her students' growth & skill development is what keeps me coming back. Any place that has Robin on their staff should consider themselves lucky to be blessed with such a passionate and gifted artist. I sincerely hope to see Robin's classes be offered this summer and for a long time to come.

Issues like this are a big part of why we teachers at The Old Town School of Folk Music voted to unionize with the Illinois Federation of Teachers.

With Robin I was able to make great work that I am proud of, and join a supportive and kind community. I sincerely hope these differences can be resolved so that Robin can continue at Lillstreet and we can continue to benefit from her.

Everyone loves Robin. Even though I am not a sculpture student, she has always been willing to answer my questions and has helped me countless times. Don’t do this to LillSt over an email glitch.

Lillstreet will not be as warm or welcoming a community without Robin. Please resolve this clerical error.

Please reinstate Robin! There is no class quite like hers and this email issue sounds easily correctable.

Robin is amazing, not to bring her back will be a loss for Lillstreet.

Please reinstate Robin for the summer. i find her group presentations easy to follow, her themes stimulating and her one-on-one instruction skillfully tailored to encourage individual growth. No one does it better, and I should know as I’ve had lots of teachers in my 80 years. This is the second time people in our class have experienced a troubling inflexibility from those above. I hope this time the decision will be overturned.
