I strongly support this petition. Many young people in our communities have completed their matric and are still sitting at home without opportunities. Despite having the basic qualifications to work in the mines, they are constantly overlooked because of an unfair hiring system controlled by traditional leaders. It's time for a change that puts our educated youth first. A transparent, skills-based hiring process will give matriculants the chance they deserve to work and build better futures.
