Air planes should not use residentail areas for take offs. They are as loud as motorcycles and that is too loud.

Training flight patterns make repeated circles directly above my home. They should be varied to share the inconvenience of the loud noise. One cannot have a conversation above the noise.

I live in Victoria Knolls, just down the street from Alta Loma Park. Loud, low-flying planes have exponentially increased over the last few years. Flight schools are a real problem - doing loops over my home, sometimes two or three at a time from morning until night. Also concerned about the pollution - black soot accumulates quickly on my cars and patio furniture. This is a serious problem - the pilots need to be better neighbors. How do flight schools benefit Torrance residents?

The noise level of low plane flying above our home has impacted negatively on the noise level. It is a constant to find ourselves stoping our sentences due to the loud noise of a plain flying over when talking to neighbors outside or with guest and family in our yards.

Lived in this area 50+ years. Air traffic nuisance noise have steadily increased to an intolerable and unacceptable situation. Use to love spending an afternoon in my back yard, not so much now.

The noise has gotten really bad as the air traffic has increased. The same plane goes round and round over our house. And then another plane repeats and another plane repeats. The noise pollution and environmental pollution is not good for the South Bay.

Yes we live near an airport and it’s assumed that there will be some air traffic noise to live with but the constant stream of airplanes throughout the day from flight schools and pilots using this airport for whatever reason is annoying.
