The "race-track" routes of the flight schools flying over South/West Torrance has become unbearable.

I’ve lived in Torrance for a year now. Over the last year the air traffic at the Torrance airport has increased significantly. I was home all day yesterday and it was basically non stop takeoffs all day.

Even living some distance from the airport it is disruptive, I can’t imagine living near the airport. LAX works closely with the local community, why doesn’t Torrance?

This is dangerous, and we cannot enjoy our backyard. Noise is pollution. Purchased home in 1996 and so much has changed. This will lower our property value. We must fight this.

The planes are way too loud and frequent over Lomita esp north Pennsylvania Ave away from the landing approach

I have lived in Lomita for KOST of my life. The planes have never bothered me until a few years ago. We have loud helicopters and planes flying overhead through our t the day. Not sure what has changed.

We live in apartments and all day long it’s non stop airplane noise and then flying right over us sI’m lucky if we have 5 minutes of relief. I understand this is part of living in a big city but this is seriously out of hand and ridiculous and certainly not good for the environment / air quality

I feel that the helicopters and planes are going to land on my roof I live in Seaside and they just keep getting lower and lower and lower

Please, please curtail over our city. I live at Lomita and Hawthorne and get a lot of the inbound and outbound noise. Most pilots respect and the airplane fades into the background. But you then there are the jerks that ruin it for everyone. There has to be a happy medium that we can all live with.
