I believe empathy, kindness, and forgiveness are core IC values, and the school should focus on teaching these to their students. Expelling a child and ruining their future will only have a negative impact on their life and won’t teach them anything valuable.

am signing this petition not cause I support aggression, but as Malek is under 18 and he is still considered a child and has the right to education and remain with his friends and receive the best support.
Punishing by expelling him from school will affect him long term instead of helping him change his behavior.
Children make mistakes and IC is their best support to educate them and teach them how to correct their behavior.
With good counseling, hopefully the child will learn a lesson and work on his behavior

Even though my kids aren’t in IC school, this issue has become a public matter. What the boy did is truly unacceptable no one supports violence but we can’t correct one mistake with another. He needs understanding, support, and proper guidance. The school and his parents should work together to get him the psychological help he needs to learn how to manage his anger and grow into a better person. Expelling or abandoning him would only make things worse and could push him to become even more aggressive. He’s still a teenager who needs care and direction everyone deserves a second chance!

School is always a place for learning even when we make mistakes. The decision should be reconsidered.

Everyone especially young adolescents should be entitiled to a second chance. A chance to learn from his mistakes . Leaving him alone to deal with his mistake is only adding to the problem. I am sure IC will see it from this angle and help Malek learn from his mistake and continue with his education
Keep malek at Ic
