Research suggests that taking a break in the middle of the day leads to increased energy levels and motivation. While you may feel like you're being productive by working through lunch time, chances are your energy will dip in the afternoon. Imperative that students are allowed the second lunch break , if not allowed what are we teaching kids?. Are we saying that it is okay to work throughout your day in the corporate world ?..it's no wonder that today we are faced with mental health well being in the workplace. Children are not robots.
