I guess expecting court resources to be used to go after actual criminals is too much to be expected from this county.

I have been an avid firearms owner and target shooter most of my life. In the present environment, there are fewer and fewer safe places to safely enjoy this activity. A gun range provides a responsible firearm owner a place to shoot thereby providing the community as a whole a valuable resource.

People who move to an area and expect the area to adapt to them ruin opportunity for others. If you don't want to hear shooting, don't move near a gun range, seems simple enough...

Gun clubs provide a safe place for families to shoot and enjoy the shooting sports as well as qualified instructors to train safe firearms handling. Gun clubs also help the enviorment by providing a centralized place for shooters where the lead can be recycled.

Kitsap Rifle & Revolver Club (KRRC) is the only resource in Kitsap county providing a training facility and expert instruction specifically for the shooting sports and national defense. The citizens of Kitsap County, like all Americans, have the right to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves. Like other rights, firearms ownership comes with great responsibility requiring an adequate facility to train, practice and hone these skills, thereby protecting the rights of all individuals.
