Any part of Payne Park is too valuable an asset for all citizens to use to give to the relatively few who attend the orchestra and related events. Why do we want such a grand hall to complete with VanWezel. This development does not serve the overall community nearly as well as the existing park setting.

The purpose for this park is to provide outdoor enjoyment for EVERYONE - not to pave over nature for the benefit of the privileged.
