Rather get the ILLEGAL guns and criminals of the street. Most weapons used in crimes are stolen from the Police and Defense force

A law is words that prevent law-abiding citizens from doing heinous acts, it never stopped a criminal before and it will not all of a sudden stop a criminal now. The FCA/2000 should be informative to firearm owners of what you may do and what you may not do, not restrictive in the sense that you may not have this and getting this is now 10 times more difficult.

I implore the powers that be to stop attacking the law abiding fire arm owner. I need it for selfdefence and other recreational activities.

Something that's broken cannot be fixed by breaking it further. Leave the FCA as is please; it is already overly restrictive to legal firearm owners.

Stop the already dead communist ideology in South Africa by the banning of legal firearms.
