We need to feel proud of our community, which means it needs to be kept clean and occupied, in order to keep our community safe and prosperous! That property looks neglected and will be treated as such becoming an eye sore for everyone if it remains in it's state of neglect.

Would love to see a new grocery store there.

I would really like to see some sort of business where Mike's Market used tho be. This shopping center was once a neighborhood center.

This unsitely and dangerous situation cannot continue. With the housing shortage, this land could be converted into condos or apts.

This eye sore needs to be torn down NOW and rebuilt into a modern multiuse entertainment facility. Something sorely lacking in the Carmichael area.

This place is an eye sore and drug /homeless magnet. Please sell the property to someone who will develop it and enhance that area of the neighborhood instead of keeping it run down.

This property has become a blight on our neighborhood. The owner needs to step up and fulfill their obligations to the community or sell the place to someone who will.
