El Palmar and Green Jade are great businesses that should stay. The property, however, is a pit.

I see drug deals going on in this parking lot all the time when I am getting gas at Valero. I have been approached by people asking for change to buy beer. I don't like that it's right down the street from El Camino high school. I have lived in this neighborhood for 20+ years, this is the worst I have seen that plaza, it literally a big eye sore when you drive by.

Thank you. Your actions to correct this issue will make the site more inviting for continued customers to the existing business and attract new business. This makes a thriving, prosperous community.

This used to be my favorite neighborhood store to shop at. It's sad to see this corner getting run down.

The burned out lightbulbs in the El Camino sign have bothered me for 10 years. Please fix it! It's a great sign!

Neighborhood blight should be addressed by our local politicians! If there are no laws governing blight and neglected buildings...Get some laws passed. These abandoned buildings/strip malls in Carmichaels residential area need to be maintained or leveled.

Please remodel this property and rent it out or sell it! It's absolutely disgusting. It's an eyesore in our community. Your family made their money off our neighborhood and you now repay the neighborhood by pulling down our property values.

As a Carmichael resident, I would love to see this lot improved upon. I'm sure the businesses residing in the center would like to see some positive changes made as well.

This has been my neighborhood for over 50+ years. So sad to see it decline.

The conditions of the El Camino Shopping Plaza are deplorable. The plaza attracts transients and people who appear to be in gangs. It doesn't belong in this neighborhood. This building should either be remodeled or sold as is and the buyer would update it.

This property is in a great location with tons of potential! Please do what it takes to fill the space where Mike's Market used to be, as well take better care of the spaces occupied by some great tenants, so they will stay.

This blighted property is very close to our kids school and it is contributing to lower home and business property values.

I'm 85 years old and have watched your property deteriorate over the last 40 years. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Clean it up.
