Petition to Business Owners Of Mike’s Market/ El Camino

Clean up your property, have it razed, help to get rid of the crime there. We won't eat at el palmar anymore because the area is unsafe and ugly.

Sore Eye for the neighborhood.. Also people are avoiding the Restaurants in the center..It is so dirty..

It is the owner's responsibility to keep the property clean and well lit. Please DO NOT, rent or sale the property to anyone wanting to bring the homeless there for help. It has been proven to not help the neighborhood.

I see so much potential in this plaza, it just needs the right vision. Good traffic, excellent surrounding neighborhood.

I live at 2371 mission and being across the street I am directly effected by the crime, vagrancy, and neglectful ownership of this property. It's time for improvement.

It would be a great location for something! Just make Carmichael great again.

The immediate area in front of Mike's Market looks terrible. Parking lot needs the trash removed. It has a general run-down appearance and the store itself is an eyesore now.

Protesting the deplorable condition of Mike's Market and illegal dumping and trespassing.

This area could desperately use another grocery store. If you don't have a vehicle, it's a long walk, ride, or bus trip to get to a grocery store.
