This needs to be cleaned up. I have seen people with their belongings scattered in the parking lot (for days)- I have seen the illegal drug use/sale. Its dirty/ landscaping is dead. Property owners needs to be held accountable for their lack of upkeep.

This center has become at the very least, an eyesore. It has been neglected and ignored. I don't ever stop/shop there. My impression, every time I drive by, is that it's dirty and has sketchy people loitering around. This shouldn't be allowed to happen!

I have seen transients defecting in the parking lot in broad daylight, for all to see! Not a conversation I need to have with my children while going to and from school.

My kids take karate lessons at Reids, which is located at this shopping center. To see the state of the area makes me very nervous to take them.

While it is nice to see the smaller shops leased, the larger main building is a distraction/deterrent for people to come to their businesses. I drive by the location on a daily basis and see so much garbage and cars parked there..especially in front of the empty store!

Please protect your current sucessful businesses in this center that I enjoy going to. We can use another corner market in the neighborhood as well. Please don't let the transients take over this center.

It cannot be stressed enough 3 years!! Is way to long for this property to sit vacant. Be a part of the solution and work with this community to revive this center.
