It is regrettable in how the area has taken a downturn. I have been familiar with the areas progress since 1959. Small steps in bringing back the property to an acceptable community standard would include increasing a security patrol, cleaning the parking lot, and enforcing vagrancy laws that prosecute illegal camping and illegal dumping. The intersection is a pivotal contributor to business and community well-being. Let's promote a safe environment that turns away bad behavior.

I agree with all said. Landlord could entice a renter with many perks such as 6 months free rent to do work needed for their move-in.

This guy in this camper goes from place to place. I work at Starbucks and he plants his camper in the parking lot and uses our restrooms to wash up in. I was told this is against the law. Next time I will call Sacramento sheriff
