Let’s clean up Carmichael and move the homeless

Show some respect for the property and for the neighbors surrounding it.

This center has become an eyesore which is a shame. El Palmar is a nice neighborhood restaurant and conveniently located for neighbors and employees of local businesses and the school district, but the rest of the center needs a desperate facelift.

Please clean up your property!

This parking lot has become a great eye sore!

The transient population is taking a heavy toll on the once great Carmichael neighborhood. The garbage, drug paraphernalia, needles etc. left behind poses health hazards for us all.

Clean it up or sell it

This property is an embarrassment to the neighborhood. Please sell it to someone who will tear it down and redevelop it.

Just tired of seeing that shopping center looking like trash....

Owner's should be fined starting immediately. Very sad situation for the businesses that do reside.

This property is a gem waiting to happen, some minor repairs and signage could do so much to attract a new business to take over Mike’s space.

Children often walk through this area to and from school and it is quite unsafe.

Such an Eye Sore.. If you've found the owners, they need to take care of the situation.. discusting, no excuse for it....

I eat at El Palmar and Green Jade regularly. The property owner needs to do some improvements.
