Petition to Business Owners Of Mike’s Market/ El Camino

The entire area of the mall & adjacent Walmart center plaza is a difficult one- If the once desired large retail spaces are no longer meeting the needs of the marketplace it’s better to re-zone & perhaps build mixed use / single level patio homes / townhomes/ single family—- with a community park & pool. Plan it right in hopes the greater area can sustain its values which sadly are in a tenuous state.

Please clean it up!

Our community deserves this space to be updated and cleaned up so that it can be a functioning part of our neighborhood that we can be proud of. It’s outrageous that a property owner of this magnitude is able to get away with this neighborhood blight! Please put sanctions or whatever penalties you can so that these owners comply with the county codes!

The owners have never responded to the petition at all.

Such a mess. It’s unsightly and is ruining the neighborhood.

Please remodel and get this place going.

This needs to be cleaned up

There are local businesses in that building who are a great asset to our community. With so much empty retail space is not being filled in our community, even with renovations, the owners should make an effort to keep their current “renters” and their customers safe and these requests are not too expensive.

Let’s help each other retain property values and find solutions for humans who need extra help

Please fix up this corner! I would love to see a new market of other business open. I don’t feel safe going for a walk in my own neighborhood. This problem needs to be rectified!

We have had some concerns with the safety quality in this particular area from current and future parents. Please do something about the quality of this property, and to those trying to find "residency" in the parking lot. Thank you in advance.

Please improve this shopping center. It’s currently attracting groups of suspicious individuals and makes our neighborhood look terrible.
