El Palmar is a great restaurant, family business and a long time tenant. Speaking for the community, we would hate for them to give up their lease because of a neglectful landlord. Please take better care of your property.

Let's get that whole shopping center cleaned up at least for the 3 or 4 businesses keeping anything there.

Not to mention that this is so close to El Camino High School, and we don't need this kind of environment where high schoolers are walking in the area.

Sad to see it's gone downhill. I grew up walking there and through this parking lot on the way to and from school. It was always fun to stop for a treat at the candy store. I hope it get cleaned up and a new company can move in.

Time to clean up the area and take responsibility of what comes and goes. Let's work together to make that area friendly and safe to all.

I'm totally for this, but as a patron to the Blind Pig and leaving vehicles overnight.. how do we go about with someone who had one too many and can't drive? I know we have all made the mistake of having to leave our cars overnight at a bar and not planning ahead, but I just don't want to see people losing their vehicles because they made the better choice of leaving it.
