Really sad to see this neighborhood ending up like so many others nearby. Something needs to be done so we don't end up like DPH or Oak Park or north Highlands soon!

Put up signs please. Get these transient out of the area. Or we should all ban together and force them to leave of the county won't help. As I know for sure Susan Peters doesn't give a damn

Lived in the neighborhood for 37 years. I think there have been 3 grocery stores in there. Owners of property please clean this place up I love El Palmar and Green Jade frequent often. Also have started using the barber shop for my grandson. PLEASE KEEP IT CLEAN AND POST THE SINAGE NEEDED TO KEEP IT CLEAN!

This used to be such a nice little Shopping Center. We have lived in the vicinity for almost forty years! Please help us try to keep our neighborhoods clean and safe.

I have lived in the Arden Arcade area for 5 years. I don't feel safe here and never leave my house. I will be moving in the next year if this neighborhood doesn't turn around. This is the worst investment I ever made.

Please clean up the Mike's Market area. I don't feel safe walking over there to frequent The Green Jade restaurant anymore

Carmichael as a whole is a homeless haven trashed b=y uncaring tweakers and now Mikes Market Mess. So interested in the new paved road and light at Landis--get real and get on this please.
