I miss my cows in Karns.
Developement appears to have impacted my gardens- something is eating my tomatoes that wasn’t before the new subdivisions were placed.

Bishop Rd, Pedigo Rd and Copeland cannot handle anymore traffic! Please stop this now! Schools are over crowded as well!

This area does not need more houses and the resulting traffic. Roads in this area are already overwhelmed with the current traffic load.

We do not need anymore traffic on East Emory Rd it is terrible already. We have enough subdivisions out this way.

I have been a Powell resident for 10 years now. In that short time I've seen rapid growth, and the community is having a hard time keeping up with it. I know it's not all bad, but our schools, roads, etc. are becoming extremely over crowded.

This is not a smart decision. Pedigo, Greenwell, and Copeland can not handle the increase in traffic this development would bring, on top of an already dangerous intersection at Emory and Pedigo. Agricultural areas like this one keep Powell a beautiful place to live and raise our families.

No apartments! Our roads and schools cannot substantiate additional traffic! Copeland, Pedigo, Bishop all are Barrie country roads! I say NO to apartments! Powell has enough apartments!
