This is OUTRAGEOUS! This plan is making rural area, NOT rural!! We LOVE our rural area, that's why we live here!!!

Area roads are not sufficient to handle this added volume of traffic. Too many housesx are planned.

The Powell community is large enough and the schools have already had massive rezoning to accommodate the growth.

The roads in this area cannot handle the traffic that is already here. I strongly oppose anything that will make this traffic situation worse.

Too much land is being taken up by build quick houses. Some of these developers should buy up some empty shopping centers, tear them down and build condos or apartment complexes.

These narrow country back roads will not handle all the traffic that this project will produce.

We dont need another Heiskell Road where MPC has give the go ahead for all the subdivisions that is on it now, Them along with the great Mr. Charles Busler just ok'ed another plot of land last year owned by a certain realtor lady that lives in powell a rezoning of about 6 acre next to me for 5 units per acre. Thats just what we need another narrow two lane road like Heiskell Rd that has as much as 30 cars a min at 2 am in the morning. You go MPC and Knox County get all the taxes you can you can worry about the roads and schools later as usual get that cart before the horse

The thought of adding so many new homes is concerning considering we’re already overcrowded as it is. What’s the plan for the schools? Roads? Etc?

This doesn't need to happen.

Please do not allow this property be subdivided. We have way too much traffic on these narrow roads and there are already way to many accidents out on the country roads.

The roads are already unsafe. Adding more housing in an already crowded area will make the roads even worse. This will completely take away from the appeal of the area. The infrastructure is not in place for more housing... roads, fire department, schools, etc will have to be updated to ensure safety. The developer should be prepared to pay for those things, and not the tax payers. Quality of life should not be affected for those already living in the area.
