I recently moved into this lovely area and hope that considerations will be given if this rezoning will adversely impact the community.

Thus is zoned agriculture and should stay that way. There is too much traffic now in this location.

We have been a part of the Powell community for almost 20 years, for this to go through in this area would be devastating. There are not enough resources... i.e., schools, roads and so on. We love our community and always accept new members, but 410 homes is way too much.

Powell doesn't need any more massive subdivisions. The schools and roads are already way over crowded as it is without adding hundreds of more families to the area.

The roads of of Emory Road can not carry the additional traffic. Look at the nightmare at the Merchants, Callahan and Emory Road exits we have already.

We live right at bishop and Pedigo. This road nor the surrounding roads can handle this amount of traffic. We do NOT want this subdivision here! It’s bad enough that it already takes 45 mins to get to the interstate from Pedigo and it is just 10 mins down the road!!!

Roads are too busy. Schools are too crowded. Why must we eliminate every beautiful piece of farm land??!! Please keep this zoned to where it cannot destroy our community. If you think 410 houses = how many children. Even split up into 3-4 different schools would be too much.

I believe this idea is horrible because our schools are already over crowded and they were be too much traffic for that area

No way. The roads are too small and Emory road is already too busy. It takes 30 extra minutes to get to work and home from work, sometimes more. The roads will not support the amount of added traffic.

No way these current narrow roads will support this traffic, not to mention emergency services!

Our schools are so overcrowded with no hope in sight. These roads are very winding and narrow and will not support this kind of traffic. Please listen to the needs of the people who already live in this area. Thank you.

Rezoning this property will result in over populated schools that are already busting at the seems. If Powell continues to allow rezoning of dedicated agricultural land then our community will suffer.
