What a travesty to take the last bit of farm land in Powell and turn it into poorly built Smithbilt homes stacked on top of each other. This would overcrowd the already crowded schools in the area. Please leave this zoned as agricultural!

No! Current road conditions are already overcrowded. Emory Rd is a cluster during peak hrs. Too much growth too fast. The road cant handle it.

We have way more traffic than we need already between 7am-8am and 5pm-6pm. We can not handle that much more traffic.

My son is in Powell elementary and it is already so over crowded there is no way it can support so many new families.
