Everyone needs to stop sellin off all the farm land. Soon everyone will wonder why they dont have any meat or food to eat or feed their familys! Its cause the greedy wanna sell all the farm land and run off all the farmers.

It would be foolish to put more traffic on those roads. Even if you did widen Pedigo or Copeland, dumping all that traffic on to Emory is just as foolhardy. Leave the zoning as agricultural.

Anyone researched the accidents on this road? We have enough traffic already. These are beautiful country roads not meant
for alot traffic. If you rezone this beautiful land Powell will loose alot of history. Let it stay agricultural.

I will soon be moving due to the congestion at this exit. This new development will expedite that move. What is good for the tax purse isn’t always good for the tax payer which is in fact the case here.

As a real estate agent, I love the idea of home ownership, but not in this spot of Powell. This is asking for trouble with roads that cannot handle that much traffic.

Please no more subdivisions. We are so full in Powell now especially trying to get out of your drive way on Pedigo and still need a red light at Pedigo and Emory just to get out. It's worse than Cedar Bluff.
