There is no way the schools or roads can support this large of a subdivision. Why not make it larger lots with really nice houses. Don’t crowd our area with spec houses that will run down and decrease our property value.

Entirely too much traffic on Emory now! What will it be like when 250+ homes are built on the Copeland farm??

I can hardly get out of my driveway between 7 and 9 in the morning and 4 to 6 in the afternoon now I can't imagine that many more cars on the road!

Traffic is too heavy now! And the schools cannot handle the increase in students.

This area is not prepared for the traffic and large number of people living in the acreage a half mile from my subdivision. Development of this size has no place here.

Residential with 1/2 acre lots would probably be acceptable, but not denser.

Please help keep our neighborhood safe from too much congestion. The roads need help already without the added impact of another subdivision.

No need for more subdivisions in Powell! How about some traffic improvements?

The roads are not adequate enough to handle that volume of traffic

Emory and the surrounding interstate intersections cannot handle addition of the proposed 3-400 some odd households planned for this property should the rezoning be approved. In-depth, preemptive discussions and thorough planning meetings should be held to examine the over-crowding of area schools and strain on roadways such a large development would cause. Emory Rd is near gridlock at rush hour already. We don’t have the infrastructure currently in place to handle this number of new homes.
