Our home is the first house in Teague's Grove subdivision. We are worried about the noise and mess we will experience with the construction that is proposed for the Copeland farm. We are also worried about the additional traffic on Emory Road, overcrowding Brickey School, and the fact that this development could negatively affect the value of our home.

That area cannot handle that much traffic and where are the kids going to attend school? Powell Elementary is over full. Contractor should have to build a new school in those plans if the subdivision is approved.

Not a smart decision for traffic load on Pedigo, not a smart decision for school overcrowding, and not a smart decision for keeping the land in this area beautiful! Keep the zone agricultural! Protect the Powell area please.

Please do not turn it in to residential condos. The land is beautiful.

Property like this keeps Powell feeling like a small country town, When it is all gone it will no longer be appealing.

Sure is a great idea to build up more communities without making the road ways compatible

I worry about the increased traffic that already flies down East Copeland to avoid Emory. 30 mph on a narrow road and people doing 50. This proposal will only make matters worse.

Powell/Emory Road traffic is already unbearable and dangerous due to the amount of traffic. The road infrastructure cannot sustain more growth in this area.

I live in the house owned by the folks that named Tate Trotter rd. There is rich history in this area. Let’s not destroy it all!

I grew up on Copeland rd and love the beauty. We have built enough, leave some beauty somewhere.

Leave Powell alone! Land is what Powell is know for. Our roads and schools can NOT contain this many homes. The traffic is already horrendous. Find some place else to build that makes cookie cutter homes.

No more developments with so many houses per acre...the countryside is what we Love about Powell. .Not Subdivisions
