If you want to lead other academics and perform academic roles go get academic degree. It is simple! Your MDCAN qualifications (apprenticeship in mode and nature) are professional NOT academic. I am surprised you are afraid of academic degrees. Move with the rest of the world please and stop making us laughing stock.
