We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to include colleges’ in your university student deals and fares (i.e. UPass which does not have an age restriction), to change the age restriction of the discounted passes to a higher age, and to also encourage a more green thinking transportation idea that does not prevent students from taking the bus and force them to use cars to get to their school.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people have joined this cause. It shows just how many of us are struggling with these costs and I am truly grateful for the momentum you have all created.

im a mature student and the costs are killing me. please just make it fair for everyone taking transit to school
total ripoff. they complain about traffic but make it impossible for us to actually take the bus.
College students are basically broke too. Why does university get all the perks? Makes no sense.
OTTAWA NEEDS TO WAKE UP. students are students. give us the same deal regardless of where we study.
my pass costs more than my groceries some months. stop penalizing us for going to college instead of uni

Living off student loans and rent is already impossible. Paying full adult fare just to get to class is such a joke. Fix this.
