As a community we oppose the liquor license application by The Benjamin's due to significant safety concerns, as the lack of street lighting near the proposed entrance heightens the risk for vulnerable families. Selling alcohol in a residential area could lead to increased crime, disturbances, and threats to the well-being of elderly and defenseless community members. We believe allowing alcohol sales from their home will compromise the safety and tranquility of our neighborhood.
