This development is extreme large. There will be a large knock on effect on the residence in this area because of the increase Volume of tragic. Further to this the Schools in the Swords area and especially in the area of Rivervalley are over crowded at the moment. The Metro has been put on the long finger once again which adds to the total congestion in the area. Much more time for consultation must be allowed.

More time is needed before a decision is made as the infrastructure needed (including Metro North) are totally inadequate . A development of this size would not be in keeping with the area

Issue with height of apartments on forest Road and increased traffic congestion at new junction opposite Hawthorn Park.

Residents who went to the FCC day last year will remember the idea was to allow for the bus lane and cycle lanes to go inside the tree line. Our beautiful mature trees would be saved, and the traffic would diminish. The height would change and the school with extra needs classes would get support. None of these seem to stand now, and this project seems to have the support of everyone bar residents. No one from planning to developer has approached us to get our opinion, and now we are expected to read and accept a 400 plus document with no expert or legal conveyancing opinion and say yes please by November. I am not against people having a home, but I need and want to know they can have a life with a home, and these homes allow for residents already in site to enjoy theirs. People also need to know if the Metro is something which will really happen, and not just more bluff to get us to agree to more building.

I believe this project has not taken account of the needs of the local area and the major impact it would have on River Valley, Hawthorn and Boroimhe. The observation time should be extended.

Increase in traffic. The forest Road can't take it. The apartments are too high. What about the increase for the schools in the area
