This development is crazy and will create more problem then it will solve . The roads around this development cannot cope with the traffic as it stands at the moment . The schools cannot cope with the amount of students at the moment . The plan has not offered anything to help with these problem it will only add to them . This development is going to make Swords and the forest road a impossible place to live . I agree with the petition because they are trying to push this plan through on the back of the confusion that is caused by the pandemic

The development proposed is too big for this area. The knock on effects of traffic and lack of school places.... as well as the aesthetics of the area will be dreadful

Because of the current pandemic restrictions people need more time in order to ensure that their observations / and input is taken on board . Past bad experiences and dealings with MKN in connection with Ridgewood plannings/ problems in the past would necessitate this extra time frame .

This development will put too much pressure on local infrastructure and services.

Over development with inappropriate infrastructure in place. It will impactly greatly on the environment and surroundings . More amenities need to be catered for 1st, such as sports and recreational and schools. Development is too high and will destroy the beautiful surroundings that the people enjoy and have worked so hard to maintain. A more suitable decelopment must be considered for the good of the resident's of Swords.

This is a development that is being railroaded through under the cover of Covid-19
