we need more time to study plans in detail, considering the massive impact this development will have without proper infrastructure.

This development has to be out to the people to express all concerns. You cannot just do this without community input.

Given precedent set earlier in 2020, the already existing short turnaround time, the nature of this proposed development which is very much at odds with the County Council's own Masterplan, the current health and personal restrictions, there should be no requirements for a petition to have this matter extended to Q1 2021, at a minimum. This should be immediately implemented.

More time is required to educate the residents on this development.

This development is being rushed through with insufficient time being allowed for locals to investigate the impact of this development on our area. This is a massive development that will impact greatly on the existing community and also the new community who will be moving in to this development.

The Fosterstown plan is overdevelopment and is not suited for this location, accommodation not for families, traffic conjestion, infrastructure inadequate, to name but a few.

Reduce height ..... more houses.

This development of mainly one bedroom apartments with its associated parking and traffic problems displays a distinct lack of regards for peoples quality of living both within the development and the neighborhoods adjoining it. More family homes are needed not high rise flats.

This development is not sustainable with the number of 1 bedroom apartments applied for not to mention the height.

There is no proper infrastructure in this area for more apartments. Traffic is not managed properly as it is.

Development totally inappropriate in concept and in meeting housing needs
