The message boards and the trivia section are what brought me to imdb the most. My ritual after watching a movie was to go straight there and now its gone. Bring it back!

No other site does what IMDb did: Offer a place to discuss ANY film, TV show, video game, or person with a credit. No other site can hope to unite so many people in such a unique way.

The message boards were the MAIN reason I visited IMDb. I can get reviews, ratings, and facts elsewhere. But the theories and
interpretations, that's what drew me to the site.

The primary reason I visited IMDB on a daily basis was to read the message boards. It has been so helpful to see other people's views/interpretations of films and TV shows I have watched. I am deeply disappointed. I really miss this valuable resource.

I am an IMDB member since 13 years. One of the great features of the platform are the message boards where you can get nice discussions, theories and explanations about the movies you are interested in. Nothing will be able to replace those discussions.
I was socked to find out that the boards were shut down for good!
Get them back!

I would visit the boards every single time i would watch a movie or tv show. I would learn so much from other fans and would engage in deep conversations about fan theories. I no longer see the point of visiting IMDb without the message boards. Please bring them back. Find a way to regulate the trolls.

Amazing decision. The message boards were the heart and soul of IMDb. Without it the site will die. I certainly have no good reason left to visit the site now as info on films can be found anywhere.

I can't believe you closed the message boards!!!! This was my go-to place for every movie and tv show, to discuss theories, to find out the latest on tv show renewals or casting for upcoming films. Now where can I go!?! I don't do Facebook or Twitter or any of those and NEVER WILL. You're really missing the boat on this, IMDB. Your site was one-in-a-million, and now it's just a run-of-the-mill site, unremarkable and basically useless.
