there is no place else like these message boards. the site is useless without them. i will not use facebook, twitter, etc as they are just ads from what i can see.

Shutting down the IMDb boards would be a great mistake. We have the right to make our opinions heard, and the internet community needs a place where people can easily discuss movies.

I've been using imdb for 12 years now and I have to say that I spend most of my time here on the boards. My current one is mainly the Agents of SHIELD one and it is without a doubt one of the friendliest places I've visited on the internet. I've had many entertaining conversations and a lot of fun there over the last couple of years and it would be a shame to lose all that. So, please, I implore you not to close the message boards!
