I still use IMDb, but it's not nearly as fun as it used to be when the message boards were around. Please bring them back as there are a ton of movies coming out that I would love to discuss on IMDb, but noooo.

The forums were the heart and lungs of IMDb. Without them, I don't even use the website. Way to lose members, IMDb. Soon you guys will be bankrupt from lack of users.

PLEASE reinstate the message boards! One of my favorite parts of watching a great film was to follow it up by scouring the discussions, questions, and interpretations from other movie lovers. I have learned so much over the years from them, and don't know where else to find that discourse. Without them, I'm not really sure what use IMDB is good for. I'm deeply saddened by this decision

I rarely go to IMBD anymore. I miss the discussions. I miss being able to ask others questions or opinions. I can skip past the trolls and get to what I want to read.

The messageboard was a unique feature for IMDB to discuss and find out more about films. It is a real pity they axed it, they should bring it back!

Not everyone wants to be associated with Facebook. Please return the boards so that IMDb users may converse with one another regarding their passions - film and TV.
