Anytime I watch a movie and come to IMDb to vote, I always, always, always read through the message boards. Even if I don't post that often, it is a feature I love. I don't think I'll be using IMDb nearly as much in the future because of your decision. I certainly won't spend as much time on your site when I am using it.

To delete the incredible and irreplaceable wealth of information contained in the message boards is a foolish decision. This makes me question the kind of people who are running the site and will certainly cause me to be averse to using it in the future.

I come to imdb to read the message boards all the time. I use the boards more frequently than any other imdb feature. Please reconsider this decision.

I say good riddance! I used to love the message boards but now 95% of them are nonsense postings that have nothing to do with the show or movie.

Will miss the boards. It's the only place online I go to discuss movies, and the only reason I visit IMDb besides linking reviews.

Keep the boards, theyre very imformative and having actual opinions justifies the rating and adds to the experience.

I have been a member of IMDb since around 2006 - when I was in high school. I don't post on here all the time, but it's a nice place to visit and ask a question regarding a movie / TV show, and see other people's perspectives. I'll miss these boards.

Don't take away the only place for discussion about TV and Movies. This has been here from the beginning.

Movie and television experiences are better when you can go to IMDb and read other people's opinions and discussions on them. Please don't let a few bad troll apples spoil the whole bunch! I personally don't like posting on IMDb's facebook page and I don't use Twitter. They can't compare to your message boards. Please reconsider!

I have been a regular user of imdb for over a decade. It has remained my goto source for information about films and television. I don't post as frequently as I used to, but I enjoy reading the message boards. If this function is removed, I will lose much of my interest in the site. Not intersted in social media sites; they bore me. This would be a terrible decision, and I will miss imdb if you do so, because I would rarely look at it.
