The IMDB forums are one of the best resources on the Internet. For some people they're a vital social outlet. If the maintenance/admin costs are too high, find another way to fund it. The world will be a sadder place without the IMDB message boards.

Terrible decision to remove the message boards. You are getting rid of THE feature that makes IMDb what it is. I use the message boards every day. I will be deleting the IMDb app from my phone and never visit the site again if this happens.

The message boards are a great source of information and discussion. Plus they are very easy to navigate through. Nothing else compares so please don't do away with them!

Every time I watch a movie or TV show for the first time, the IMDB Message Boards are the first place I go to read about what I had just experienced. Removing this great feature will make this site useless.

I don't know why this is happening. What is the point of getting rid of the message boards? You might as well get rid of the website. Why should we be on here if there is no message boards? Who wants to go on Facebook to talk about shows, movies and celebrities?
