A stupid decision that will ultimately destroy IMDb. There is no other place to get this kind of information. No one will ever want to log in again.

Please keep the boards open, I NEED IT. I watch a lot of movies and if I don't understand something or want to know what other people think, IMDB is my go to site for movies/tv shows.

Without the message boards for getting information and exchanging great thoughts on movies (and getting to know and wanting to see movies you've never heard of!!!) IMDB WOULD BECOME COMPLETELY USELESS. You can watch trailers everywhere, And what besides that is there to do for 99,9% of the users? I bet you'd very very soon regret this decision so please MAKE IMDB GREAT AGAIN and keep the boards, thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Please keep the message boards running. Please! It's the first and only place I go to get other people's reads and opinions on shows and movies. It's a wonderful resource. Please reconsider!

These boards are a fantastic way to share thoughts and get explanations of confusing plot twists. I see far more positive than negative. Why can you not charge a nominal membership fee and hit moderators? Genuine movie fans will be happy to pay. Without the message boards your site will no longer be relevant.

Please please please keep the messaging board. At Facebook or on Twitter there is no way to discuss an individual film or movie like on the message board at IMDB. Please keep it, I implore you
