I enjoy the message boards so much. That's the best way to find out what others thought about a particular movie. We like to share our opinions. It's fun. Please don't shut it down because of a few bad apples. I've been coming on IMDB since 2004. Without the message boards, I won't be here nearly as much.

I am heartbroken about the destruction of the IMDB message boards. I love movies and there is no place else I have found where I can talk about movies at length with other knowledgeable people. Yes, there are trolls; to live is to war with trolls, as Ibsen wrote. Please don't do this terrible thing. Destroying the IMDB discussion boards is a crime against culture and human community.

The IMDB message board is the first place I go after seeing a film I enjoyed. Nothing can replace it, as I like to browse through user commentay on the specific film. Twitter, and other social media is a silly suggestion as a replacement.

The IMDB message boards are very important to me and many people I know. I use the IMDB mobile app almost everyday now but without message boards there is no reason for me to check as often. Please do not disable the message boards.

The message boards where the biggest reason for coming to imdb when I finished watching a movie. Don't get rid of them, it's what keeps the IMDb alive!

Don't shut the boards down if I don't understand the concept of a movie or if I miss something the boards are a good place to find that plus get other people's take on a movie!! Yea there are a lot of trolls out there but don't punish the good guys because of the trolls just do something to up the administrators

This has been an amazing tool to utilise and find out more information about movies/tv shows etc. To shut the message boards down would be disappointing.
