This is so upsetting to me and many other students and parents. Mr. Eising deserves to stay at Blake and stay with the students here. He's such a dedicated person to our music department and the reason why we have so many trophies in the band room. He is the reason why I learned two new instruments at Blake and is helping
me and others to become a better musicians that we are. He is the best I've music teacher I've ever had and we would be crap without him here to keep us motivated to do well and be the best music school we are. Idk about anyone else but he's like a dad to me

I didn’t have Mr. Eising as a teacher but I do believe that he should be able to keep his job, he worked there for a long time and I’ve never heard a student complain about him one since I’ve been at Blake HS.

Jon Eising is an integral part of the arts and community at Blake. He has made such an impact on so many students. It would be a mistake to let him go

James Hubert Blake high school is a specialized school that focuses on the arts. So it'd be a shame not only to see one of the best Public art schools cut funding to an art, but to also lose a great teacher.

Mr. Eising is the heart and soul of the music program and it would suffer greatly without him. He truly cares for his students and losing him would be devastating to not just the students but also to the families in this program. He has been such a tremendous support for my son during the three years he has been at Blake. Please don't let him go and please support this SIGNATURE PROGRAM!

Mr Eising is an integral part of not only the music department but to Blake itself. He is a dedicated professional who loves the kids. This would be a huge loss to Blake and would adversely affect the music program. At the least, the parents are owed an opportunity to meet with the board to discuss.
