I’ve had many moments where I couldn’t play a part of a song and when Mr.Eising saw me he reached out to me and consoled me. He offered me help and taught me to be more confident. My skills as a violinist have improved because of him and i’ve never had so much fun being in orchestra than i’ve had in his class. If he leaves, I can guarantee that a majority of the students in the music department will drop out

I’m now studying at another High School, but I could never forget the time working with Mr. Eising during High School 101 in the summer of 2015.

Mr. Eising is the reason my son chose Blake and he is the reason for Blake's reputation as having the best music program in the county. It would be impossible to replace him with a full-time person. Reducing the position to part time is absurd and will undermine Blake's signature program. Please don't do this.

Mr. Eising has done so much for Blake High School and the music department especially. Without his influence and guidance, my experience at Blake would not have been good. Mr. Eising leaving would affect so many students and I don’t see this benefitting the school or the program at all.

Mr Eisig is the longest tenured music teacher at Blake High School and has been there since the school opened. He has created and amazing music program and has been a major influence in so many children's lives.

This whole thing is insane. Mr. Eising is a great person and deserves to stay at Blake. He’s been the face of the Blake Music Department for years and is the reason many of our children chose to go to Blake. This decision needs to be reversed.

Mr. Eising needs to stay. He is an amazing teacher and an amazing person. It’s rare to find a music teacher that is as passionate about music as he is, and he wants everyone to succeed. He plays a pivotal role in the Blake community.
