Please protect and value old and loyal employees.

I stand by this, we need UNITY more than ever.

They are very nice very hardworking and honest people who are working in here.

Seniority is important in all aspects of this industry. It’s what makes people go above and beyond.

Loyalty is lost in today’s generation so more reason to do right by those who stayed loyal to a company for over a decade plus

I have worked here in RMC since 2005 and 25 years in July. I have been loyal to this hospital. I deserve to keep my seniority. I earned it. We need protection from lay offs.
