This is a popular and very difficult crossing point for pedestrians and cars. Attention to this safety issue is long overdue.

I walk across these streets frequently and I feel we can benefit from a crosswalk or a light. Sometimes it can get dangerous

There should be a crosswalk here. People have passed crossing these streets.

Let's hope this happens. There doesn't seem to be money for the safety of Long Beach citizens but seems to be available to build a new civic center and paint bike lanes all over the city that most bikers don't even use. Maybe if this is a beautification project it will be completed ASAP.

I hope this gets to the mayor. Too many lives lost on this street!

A caution light with the crosswalk would be very helpful since lighting is very dim at this intersection at night. Thank you.

Many streets from 4th and below are very hazardous for pedestrians to try to cross. Vehicles refusing to even stop for the crosswalk at 4th and Junipero...speeding around my vehicle and giving me "the finger" because I stopped. LBPD motors division should man this corner someday and see all the cars that blatantly refuse to acknowledge pedestrians entering this crosswalk. I'd love to see a crosswalk where this gentleman lost his life as well as more enforcement from LBPD.

Crosswalk is needed here.
This is a great idea!
