Lee Hsien Loong's breakdown in the parliament speech is nothing compared to SMRT's breakdown.

Smrt deserves this award for never failing to fail, for being reliable in maintaining unreliability.

SMRT has been inefficient and taking the goodwill of its commuters for granted. With breakdowns getting more frequent, it lies through its teeth and present dishonest and unreliable information to the commuters, e.g. waiting time of 2 min turns out to be 20min. Or there is simply lack of communication over its facebook on train fault etc. Yes, and the best of all is it still have the guts to charge FULL FEES to its commuters during all its testing of system etc which makes the train unreliable. To the management of SMRT, here's up YOURS for still paying yourself high pay and bonus. You are such a joke.
