SMRT has not addressed the long outstanding issues for MANY years despite the crying voices of Singaporeans. Trains nowadays are packed like sardine. Possible to board on the 1st train that arrived. Often can only board only 2nd, 3rd or 4th trains. Frequency of trains getting from bad to worse. During peak hours, sometime need to wait 5-6 mins for the next train to come. Train beakdowns are becoming part and parcel of Singaporeans' life. But what have SMRT done? Evey time the same excuses. Either "track problem" or "signal testing". What's new? Why SORT CEO can still earn millions of dollars every year and never get sacked?!!!

singapore smrt definitely deserve this honour to be world first public train commuter system to win this award in the Guinness Book World of Record! Dont think anyother train system in the world can beat our smrt for their shiny performance.
