It is unbelievable that this type of service is 3x more reliable than previous according to our minister. The disruption had been ongoing for quite a few years but seems like they are unable to resolve the situation and we need to live with this constant disruption.

The Engineers is not competent to maintain the train. SMRT should hire the correct people to resolve this kind of simple and daily issue

MRT breakdowns are getting more frequent despite authorities saying that issues are fixed and trains are faster.

it has consistently break down recently when i go to sch n when i go b like rn. im rlly disappointed with the rate of the breakdowns n speed of reparations

How many times of signalling fault? No testing before implementation?
Why no information related out to passengers on how long the fault to be addressed even after more than half an hour of waiting in the crowded cabin train. Both Khaw and Desmond should experience it first hand themselves!!

Now I try to avoid taking MRT n take buses instead especially when I am rushing that day. Sad to say I find MRT is not reliable anymore. Sigh.

delays and breakdown for tourists Ok but not for workers who have to earn a living. Mrt not reliable enough for workers to depend on for their work commute.
