I've had station SMRT staff disturbance ever since 2002!!! It bcos I gave some f/bck (in good faith!!!!) about attitude of some of their wayward station (and there are quiet a few!!?) and SMRT allowed my f/bck to backfire back on me henceforth, allowing that problem to spread to multiple stations, systematically blighting out my commute peace for years, until today!!. And this is ON TOP of their CHRONIC BREAKDOWN/DISRUPTIONS Ad Infinitum!!
This "Operator" is definitely ON TRACK to some kind of RAIL PERDITION. Let's ASSIST them in THIS, THEIR, ENDEAVOUR!!!
