Anyone that represents the USVI should not only be a native but should also have ties to this beautiful Island!
There are a plethora of people who could represent the richness and beauty of the Island why this woman-a person that knows nothing, has no ties, and is not familiar with the Island?!

I was born and raised in the Virgin Islands (St. Croix) J refuse to let this kind of mockery of my homeland happen. We need to be represented by someone who was born and raised by our culture.

I dnt agree with the feed back and comments from outsiders in regards to this female being the best to represent the USVI so far. They are trying to shame our Virgin Islands culture and our talented women who have walked the stage before.
