We were accessed based on false information given from from Alchemy and the board. Our contract with Pro24 is for $662,041.25. Our assessment letters states we contracted with Pro24 for $937,846.25. Alchemy also claims he is owed a 10% fee of approx 93K. But his 10% fee should be much less. So, we were over assessed by almost $363,000. We the owners ask for this overpayment to be returned to us immediately. We do not want Pro24 to use our funds to do extra work for any of the extra money we have. We want only the storm damage fixed and we do not want any more siding replaced without bids and the need to replace this siding.
