Our rates have been going through the roof. This is criminal to do this with these temperatures. We heat with mini splits and our monthly rate is now more than three times then before. Over 1000 dollars a month! We got this monetary incentive to change to minisplits and now electricity is through the roof. It almost seems like a conspiracy.

my bills are hundreds of dollars and I live in just a 2 bedroom. it’s not my fault that my building is a hundred years old and super poorly insulated. I’m just a renter!

I’m happy to join this fight!
Our family moved here in 2022 from Alabama, and we didn’t have these bogus delivery charges! It’s a scam! They are just taking your money. I think we should make them cap delivery charges to 50 percent of your usage. Now it’s like 400 percent!

Sick of seeing my delivery charge over $100 than my usage!!! Yet when I call it's "estimated ", so why am I being charged delivery, electric charge-that UOU decided to have without my import, and fees ect....something has to give!!!

Delivery rate tripled last month. My bill went from a total average for many many months of $39-59 a month to $180 $60 was actual use. I heat by oil,don’t have solar or an electric car. 1 tv,1 light. My ill would be even higher if I didn’t have residential assist rate. I am disabled and 61 live alone.
