My husband and I cannot keep up with our bill. We are rarely home and have settings on our thermostat to have it on and off at certain times of the day. It isn’t helping. It’s becoming insane and taking up money that we can put into better use.

I don’t think that customers should be responsible to solely fund MassSave rebates Also, Eversource should not be allowed to make profits off of rate increases intended to fund MassSave either

Corporate greed! They make millions, billions in profits. Lower the charges. The corporate model today is to put everyone in a position where they can't get ahead, just barely live.

We don’t have enough choice and are being exploited by heating companies who take in extreme profits on something that is a necessity.

Unaffordable increases. We citizens do not get a 30% salary increases and are not able to afford a 30% price hike approved by Department of Public Utilities.

They need freeze prices so our wages can compete like they did in the early 70,s

Price gouging. This is unbelievable, and I am INCREDIBLY frugal with my heat. (62° when not home 59° overnight for sleep. 67° when home during day / night)
